苏式五香熏鱼

  • 香叶1块
  • 桂皮1块
  • 生抽4匙
  • 老抽1匙
  • 4匙
  • 五香粉1匙
  • 1茶匙

Steps to make 苏式五香熏鱼

  • 1.将草鱼洗干净,去头去尾,中段切块儿。
  • 2.三根葱,一块姜,一勺料酒,半勺老抽,少量盐与鱼块拌匀,腌制过夜。
  • 3.腌制好的鱼块用厨房纸吸干表面的水份。
  • 4.锅中下油,下鱼块,中小火慢炸。
  • 5.炸好的鱼块含水量低,炸干一些更香。
  • 6.锅里留底油,下葱姜香叶八角桂皮炒出香味,加入适量清水,加入生抽老抽糖盐料酒烧开。
  • 7.将炸好的鱼块放入烧开的卤汁中,汁水没过鱼块,浸泡过夜。
  • 8.浸泡一夜后,就可以拿出来吃了。
