香菇芙蓉汤

Steps to make 香菇芙蓉汤

  • 1.准备好原材料
  • 2.胡萝卜切成块
  • 3.鸡肉切成块
  • 4.将胡萝卜、鸡肉、生姜、大蒜、大葱放入料理机桶里,打入鸡蛋,加入杏仁,加入30克左右水,加入适量盐
  • 5.启动料理机打成细腻的蓉
  • 6.将鸡蓉倒入干净的容器里,加入适量生抽、淀粉、香油,充分搅拌顺滑
  • 7.装入裱花袋
  • 8.锅里水烧开,加入适量盐和香油
  • 9.加入切成薄片的香菇煮熟后改成文火
  • 10.光滑的盘子上抹上一层油,将鸡蓉挤成花朵状,装饰上枸杞
  • 11.将汤舀一点倒进盘子里,轻轻将鸡蓉花朵滑进锅里,开文火慢慢汆熟
  • 12.加入少许生抽和白醋,出锅装入容器,撒上葱花,非常营养美味又漂亮的香菇芙蓉汤做好了
