蔓越莓曲奇饼

  • 鸡蛋液16克
  • 低筋面粉160克
  • 蔓越莓干50克

Steps to make 蔓越莓曲奇饼

  • 1.全部材料称重准备好,蔓越莓粒稍加切碎;
  • 2.黄油室温软化,加入60克糖粉;
  • 3.用电动器高速打发至黄油微发,加入16克鸡蛋液继续搅打均匀;
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉搅拌成 无干粉的面糊;
  • 5.再加入稍微切碎蔓越莓干并搅拌均匀;
  • 6.把面糊用保鲜膜包住在饼干模里压紧,放入冰箱冷冻30分钟;
  • 7.取出冻好的面团用刀切成0.5cm的饼胚;
  • 8.均匀的排入烤盘;
  • 9.放入上火180度,下火160度预热好的烤箱,中层,烤约15分钟;
  • 10.饼干表面均匀上金黄色,就可以出炉啦!
