辣鸡爪煮年糕
韩式辣鸡爪煮年糕,汁香味浓,一大盘都不够吃!

  • 鸡爪子750克
  • 火锅年糕250克
  • 1棵

  • 韩式辣酱3茶匙
  • 生抽3茶匙
  • 老抽1茶匙
  • 番茄酱1茶匙
  • 细辣椒粉1茶匙
  • 白糖1茶匙
  • 料酒1茶匙

Steps to make 辣鸡爪煮年糕

  • 1.主要食材,鸡爪子、火锅年糕。
  • 2.鸡爪子洗净,剪去指甲。
  • 3.处理干净的鸡爪子冷水下锅焯水,水量没过鸡爪子,放入葱节、姜片、料酒去腥,焯水时间可以稍长一些,水开撇去浮沫后再煮5分钟左右,焯水后捞出鸡爪控干水分。
  • 4.煮鸡爪的时候准备调料汁 3茶匙韩式辣酱 、3茶匙生抽 、1茶匙老抽 、1茶匙细辣椒粉 、1茶匙番茄酱 、1茶匙白糖、1茶匙料酒 加适量水搅匀备用。
  • 5.锅里放少许食用油 ,放蒜末炒香 。
  • 6.接着倒入鸡爪 略略翻炒,淋入步骤(4)中的调好的酱汁翻炒上色。
  • 7.翻炒上色后加入温水没过鸡爪 盖盖焖煮30分钟左右。
  • 8.焖煮30分钟左右至鸡爪软烂,加入年糕 煮五分钟左右,年糕软糯。
  • 9.年糕软糯后,大火收汁,把汤汁收浓,撒上葱花 白芝麻 ,一份热腾腾,软乎乎,入口即化的辣鸡爪就做好啦。
  • 10.这样做出来的鸡爪软糯入味,年糕Q弹。
  • 11.成品!
