泰式烤鱼饼

Steps to make 泰式烤鱼饼

  • 1.材料备齐,龙利鱼解冻,清洗感觉,胡萝卜,洋葱切碎。
  • 2.龙利鱼切成小块,用料酒腌制片刻去除腥味。
  • 3.将鱼肉,胡萝卜碎洋葱,鸡蛋放入料理机中打碎。
  • 4.加入蚝油,黑胡椒粉,盐,咸蛋黄调味料,玉米淀粉拌匀,用筷子往一个方向搅拌上劲。
  • 5.加入青豆和玉米粒拌匀。
  • 6.分成每个35克 ,ACA空气炸烤箱的炸网上铺油纸,将鱼肉饼放在上面。
  • 7.烤箱中层,启动空气炸的功能,190度18分钟左右,颜色金黄即可。
  • 8.沾甜辣酱食用。
