泰式甜辣虾
这道菜特别适合家里有宝宝的,酸酸甜甜,营养丰富,既有虾的滑嫩,又有蔬菜的清爽,搭配起来好漂亮,而且色彩鲜艳,吸睛诱人!

    Steps to make 泰式甜辣虾

    • 1.青虾去壳去头洗净。
    • 2.开背去虾线,这次我直接把虾从背部切断了,实践证明能充分入味,非常好吃。
    • 3.加少许盐,胡椒粉,料酒入个底味,再加少许蛋清和淀粉腌制一下去腥。
    • 4.青红椒切小块,我本打算用菜笋的,发现冰箱里还有西蓝花,就用了茎部,去皮切成小块,放开水锅里面烫一下捞出备用,其实就是为了配色好看,可根据自己的口味选择青菜,如黄瓜也行。
    • 5.锅内放少许油烧热然后放入虾仁煸炒至变色。
    • 6.锅内留底油,放入葱姜末爆香。
    • 7.倒入滑好的虾仁翻炒均匀,再放入配菜。
    • 8.挤入泰式甜辣酱,(虾仁提前入味,所以我没有加其他佐料)。
    • 9.翻炒均匀即可出锅装盘上桌啦!
