黑森林蛋糕
很喜欢吃的一款蛋糕,可可蛋糕加上巧克力碎,口味不错哦

  • 玉米油35g
  • 淡奶油150g
  • 巧克力100g
  • 糖粉10g

  • 1.玉米油和牛奶混合均匀
  • 2.加入蛋黄和15g白砂糖,混合均匀
  • 3.加入过筛的低粉和可可粉
  • 4.切拌法搅拌均匀,静置
  • 5.蛋白加入15g白砂糖打发
  • 6.打到大气泡加入15g白砂糖打发
  • 7.最后打发到细腻状态加入白砂糖打发
  • 8.打发成硬性小尖角即可
  • 9.蛋白霜分三次加入面糊中
  • 10.面糊倒入六寸戚风模具中,轻震几下
  • 11.放入预热好的烤箱下层,155度。60分钟
  • 12.巧克力隔水融化
  • 13.用勺子舀在平盘上,放入冰箱冷藏,巧克力变硬就拿出来
  • 14.用勺子刮成巧克力屑
  • 15.烤好的蛋糕倒扣
  • 16.淡奶油加入糖粉打发
  • 17.蛋糕切三片
  • 18.一层奶油,一层巧克力屑
  • 19.最后抹面,不需要太平整
  • 20.表面撒上巧克力屑
  • 21.最后挤一圈奶油,摆上草莓,好吃的黑森林蛋糕就完成了!
