Steps to make 草莓味雪花酥

  • 1.准备好上图所有食材:棉花糖170克、黄油45克、奶粉45克、草莓干25克、坚果60克、饼干150克、蔓越莓干20克。(坚果可以根据自己的口味选择)我放的是杏仁和花生米。
  • 2.开小火,锅中倒入黄油。
  • 3.黄油全部融化倒入棉花糖,不停翻拌以免糊锅。
  • 4.棉花糖融化至浓稠的糊状。
  • 5.倒入奶粉不停的搅拌均匀。
  • 6.搅拌成无干粉细腻的糊状。
  • 7.倒入准备好的坚果和饼干翻拌均匀。
  • 8.每块饼干都裹满均匀。
  • 9.戴上烘焙手套拿出来铺到烤盘中开始整形。
  • 10.烤盘上一定要铺上油纸,以免粘烤盘。
  • 11.整好形表面撒上一层薄薄的奶粉。
  • 12.稍微晾凉就可以切啦!不要等到凉透了切容易碎哦!
  • 13.大小颗粒根据自己的喜欢下刀,可大可小!
