美味早餐——多味小比萨
提起这个小比萨可谓是一波三折才吃到嘴里!前天晚上和好的面团,本来打算第二天消消停停地做。昨天还是有点手懒不想动,到了傍晚终于说服自己从冰箱把冷藏的面团拿出来,但可笑的事情发生了,居然没有发!这才想起来,原来忘记放酵母了!于是又放了酵母,用面包机揉匀等它发酵。可昨天温度并不算高,发了半截终于等不下去又塞冰箱里了!

今天早上洗漱完毕,忍着空空的肚子抓紧时间做小比萨。

  • 酵母1小勺
  • 白糖25克
  • 1.8克
  • 鸡蛋15克
  • 75克
  • 黄油12克

Steps to make 美味早餐——多味小比萨

  • 1.所有材料进面包机揉至完成阶段进行基础发酵
  • 2.发酵好的面团排滚圆分成4等份,中间松驰10分钟
  • 3.松驰好的面团再次揉匀滚圆
  • 4.用手按压成如图形状,中间薄周围高。整形好的生坯放入烤盘,用叉子叉些小洞,进烤箱松驰10-15分钟
  • 5.有面刷上全蛋液,再刷一层番茄酱
  • 6.撒上玉米粒和豌豆粒,再撒上适量马苏里拉奶酪。其中的两个放上两片西红柿,上面再撒奶酪
  • 7.烤箱中层180度18分钟左右
  • 8.出炉后挤点番茄酱装饰就可以了
  • 9.这是做给自己的,年糕小比萨!
  • 10.这个是做给老公的爱心牌小比萨!因为他不太喜欢吃西餐面包之类的,所以造型上下些功夫,他会很乐意地消化掉!
  • 11.这个留着下顿吃!老公说这一盘面包数这个颜色最漂亮!
