Steps to make 酒酿戚风蛋糕

  • 1.蛋白和蛋黄分离,在蛋黄中加入玉米油,搅拌均匀;
  • 2.加入酒酿汁水,搅拌均匀;
  • 3.加入1大勺酒酿米,搅拌均匀;
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉,搅拌均匀至光滑无颗粒;
  • 5.蛋白中加入少许盐和柠檬汁;
  • 6.分3次加入白砂糖,打发至湿性偏干状态;
  • 7.取1/3蛋白加入蛋黄糊中,翻拌均匀;
  • 8.然后倒回剩余的蛋白盆中,翻拌均匀;
  • 9.将面糊倒入中空模具中,轻轻震出气泡;
  • 10.烤箱菜单选择“面包/蛋糕”功能,160度预热,放入模具后,设置时间45分钟进行烘烤;
  • 11.出炉后倒扣放凉。
