  • 普通面粉70g
  • 辣白菜1卷

Steps to make 泡菜饼

  • 1.准备好食材,洋葱、里脊肉切末,韭菜切段,泡菜切丝
  • 2.锅烧热放少许油倒入洋葱末翻炒煸香,再倒入肉末一起炒至肉末变色盛出备用
  • 3.将所有备好的食材倒入大碗中倒入适量的泡菜汁,加入面粉、糯米粉和鸡蛋,再加少许清水
  • 4.搅拌成糊状
  • 5.锅中小火加热抹少许油倒入一半的面糊用锅产摊开抹平,小火加热至表面稍许凝固
  • 6.翻面再继续小火煎至饼熟透
  • 7.出锅稍稍放凉切块
  • 8.开始享用吧
