意大利脆饼
意式脆饼是一款在烤箱中持续烘烤直至其完全干燥的饼干,经过了两次烘烤,保存时间长,里面放了一些核桃,吃起来脆脆香香的,喜欢杏仁或者其他坚果的可以根据口味换哦

  • 低筋面粉100g
  • 鸡蛋45g
  • 核桃仁50g
  • 白砂糖50g
  • 2g
  • 香草粉2g
  • 泡打粉3g

Steps to make 意大利脆饼

  • 1. 将核桃仁放烤箱120度烧30分钟,核桃仁烤脆后压碎去皮
  • 2.核桃仁和盐、白糖混合拌均匀
  • 3.低筋面粉、泡打粉、香草粉混合过筛加入核桃仁里拌均匀
  • 4.再加入打散的鸡蛋液,搅拌均匀,拌成面团
  • 5.把面团搓成长条状,放入烤盘,表面刷一层蛋液
  • 6.放入预热好的烤箱,上火170度,下火150度烤30分钟表面微金黄色即可
  • 7.烤好的长面团,稍微冷却后,切成薄片
  • 8.把薄片排放到烤箱里再次烘烤,上下火130度烤35分钟,把饼干中的水份烤干即可
  • 9.出炉的啦
