端午节吃粽子才有过节的气氛,可是传统的粽子多数是糯米做的,咸味、甜味,有肉有豆类等虽然口味很多,毕竟糯米吃多了不易消化,特别是老人和小孩。不防换西米代替糯米,加入果干,蔓越莓干、糖粉,不仅营养健康好看,也有过节的气氛。

Steps to make 蔓越莓西米粽

  • 1.西米用水稍微,洗一下,千万不能浸泡;
  • 2.放入料理机打成粉状;
  • 3.糖粉加入西米粉中拌均,再加入沸水拌均成糊状;PS:出现半透明状
  • 4.把蔓越莓干加入拌均
  • 5.洗净干净的粽叶折叠成漏斗形状,但不能漏;
  • 6.放入拌均好的蔓越莓西米糊,包裹成自己喜欢的形状;
  • 7.这是包好的粽子,用食用剪刀,把多余的粽叶绳子剪掉;
  • 8.适量清水煮沸,放入粽子,水要浸没粽子,中小火熬煮45分钟即可。
