炝拌土豆丝

  • 1.三色土豆去皮洗净 。
  • 2.分别切成丝,放入水中浸泡一会儿,期间可以换2次水。
  • 3. 锅中煮沸水,把三色土豆丝分别放入,煮1分钟 。
  • 4.分别捞出后,放入冷开水中降温。
  • 5.把土豆丝分别捞出沥干水分,放入盘中。
  • 6.加入葱花、蒜末、红椒丁 。
  • 7.提前调好碗汁:白醋、砂糖、盐和一点蒸鱼豉油拌匀,把碗汁淋在土豆丝上。
  • 8.加热适量油,爆香蒜末、葱花。
  • 9.吃的时候拌匀。
  • 10.完成。
