Steps to make XO Sauce Seaweed Rice Rolls
- 1. Cut off the old skin from the roots of asparagus, blanch it in hot water for more than ten seconds, and remove it.
- 2. Heat the tomatoes in hot water and peel them.
- 3. Cut the peeled tomatoes and asparagus into small cubes.
- 4. A bowl of steamed rice.
- 5. Put a little oil in the pot and stir fry the rice until loose. Stir fry rice in a non stick pan so that it won't stick to the pan with minimal oil.
- 6. Stir fry the rice and add tomatoes. The rice I steamed is quite hard and can absorb some tomato juice.
- 7. Stir fry until the tomato juice is completely absorbed.
- 8. Add diced asparagus and stir fry evenly.
- 9. Add XO sauce.
- 10. Mix well.
- 11. Spread the fried rice on the seaweed, roll it up and shape it.
- 12. Cut into sections after shaping, and put a little XO sauce on the Rice and vegetable roll again.
