接力高考美食【白切鸡】
高考,那段高度紧张的时间,估计我们每个人都经历过哈!每天都有考不完的试,学校、家里的书桌上卷子、复习资料堆的比人还高……!
不过很奇怪,现在回忆起当年那一段拼命三郎的学习时光,记忆最深的,竞是母亲无微不至的关怀和照顾!临近高考时,最紧张的人,莫过于母亲了。面对超强的学习压力,又正处如长身体的考生们 ,营养自然是摆在首位的。记得那段时间里,老妈每天临睡前都要准备点心,而天还没亮,又已在厨房忙碌起来,为我的一日三餐可谓绞尽脑汁!伟大的母亲!

Steps to make 接力高考美食【白切鸡】

  • 1.成品图

  • 3.准备了两种调料
  • 4.原料图
  • 5.烧一大锅热水
  • 6.准备蘸酱:葱和姜切细末(若有沙姜或沙茶酱加入味道更好),加入生抽和鸡精调好备用
  • 7.土鸡洗净,切去鸡屁股,沥干水分
  • 8.水烧滚
  • 9.将鸡浸入开水10秒后取出
  • 10.浸入冰水中,待锅里水滚开,重复1次前面的步骤
  • 11.水烧滚,加入姜、葱(若有沙姜放几片更好)
  • 12.将鸡放入锅中,加入30克盐(6小勺)
  • 13.待水滚开后关火,盖盖焖30分钟
  • 14.焖好后的样子
  • 15.取出鸡,稍沥干汤汁,乘热抹一层薄盐,再抹上一层芝麻油
  • 16.斩件摆盘(鸡肉变凉后颜色越来越黄哈)点缀上香菜和红萝卜玉兰花
  • 17.油烧热,浇入调味料中即可(建议加入1勺沙茶酱,美味升级)
  • 18.根本没我的份!可怜的我只能就着鸡的下角料,泼一点辣椒油用来配饭!
