  • 红辣椒1个
  • 生姜5克
  • 料酒1勺

  • 豆瓣酱1勺
  • 生抽1勺
  • 干红辣椒丝5克
  • 青辣椒1个
  • 3勺
  • 大蒜5瓣
  • 胡椒粉1勺
  • 红剁椒1勺
  • 黄豆酱1勺
  • 1勺
  • 葱花2克

Steps to make 酱烧鲫鱼

  • 1.鲫鱼去鳃和内脏用流动是水清洗干净沥干水分备用。
  • 2.鲫鱼划花刀容易入味,其实不划也可以。从鲫鱼脊背开始划上花刀;并均匀的抹上少许盐腌制一会儿。
  • 3.锅中倒入3勺油。
  • 4.鲫鱼放入到油锅中煎炸。
  • 5.鲫鱼放到油锅煎炸后不要老是翻动,煎炸鲫鱼时如果油不是很多,可以把锅倾斜让鲫鱼滑到锅边。
  • 6.让鲫鱼都泡在油里。完全煎好一面然后再煎另一面。
  • 7.加入一勺料酒避掉腥味。
  • 8.烹入一勺生抽。生抽比较咸不要放太多,上色就行。
  • 9.一勺豆瓣酱。
  • 10.一勺黄豆酱。
  • 11.随后把红色剁椒放入到已经有酱料的鲫鱼里。
  • 12.加入1勺盐,注水淹没鱼身的一半,再撒上蒜瓣,剩余姜丝以及一勺糖加盖烧。烧5分钟左右翻一下鱼身,继续烧2分钟。水煮到汤汁收拢时;撒上葱花焖一下就可以出锅了。
