奶香旺仔小馒头
我一般都是做两倍的量,成品就是200克装的3罐左右。

  • 泡打粉4克

Steps to make 奶香旺仔小馒头

  • 1.把液体材料称一个大盆里。鸡蛋,玉米油,炼奶搅拌均匀
  • 2.加入糖粉搅拌均匀
  • 3.然后把低粉,木薯粉,泡打粉筛入盆里,带一次性手套抓匀
  • 4.拌匀后盖上保鲜膜松弛半个小时以上
  • 5.然后揪一小团面,搓成长条,用刮板切一小团
  • 6.小团把它搓圆。
  • 7.烤盘铺上油纸,整齐的排放。差不多到满盘的时候预热烤箱150℃
