【芒果班戟】
这款港式甜点很容易制作,无需烤箱,非常简单的材料

自制的班戟没有门店出售的那么鼓,我想可能是因为动物性淡奶油的原因吧

因其稳定性不太好,所以形状上会比较软趴点

但胜在健康干净

  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 低筋面粉80克

Steps to make 【芒果班戟】

  • 1.鸡蛋打散成蛋液加入糖粉搅拌均匀
  • 2.倒入牛奶搅拌均匀
  • 3.筛入低筋面粉,慢慢地充分搅拌均匀成为稀面糊
  • 4.黄油放入微波炉叮至融化成液体,倒入面糊里,搅拌均匀
  • 5.将拌好的稀面糊过筛2次,放入冰箱冷藏静置半小时
  • 6.芒果去皮取出果肉,切成长条状
  • 7.动物性淡奶油事先充分冷藏,取出倒入一容器内,加入适量糖粉,底下可放置一个装有冰水的大容器,将装有淡奶油的容器放在冰水上,用电动打蛋器搅打至出现明显花纹的状态
  • 8.电饼铛刷上一层薄油,下火加热,勺入一大勺面糊(可根据所需制作的班戟大小调整面皮的大小),摊开成圆形,小火煎至面糊凝固,无需反面,把煎好的班戟皮轻轻铲起
  • 9.将没有贴在电饼铛的一面朝下摆在盘中(如果有点微焦黄个人觉得没什么大碍)
  • 10.将打发好的淡奶油勺入合适份量,放上芒果块
  • 11.再在芒果块上勺上奶油,将班戟皮轻轻对折成四方形
  • 12.用小刀慢慢从中间切开食用、
