不输许留山的杨枝甘露
这是我最爱的一道港式甜品,每次去甜品店必点。这次收到ACA的果汁机,想想正好可以自己在家做一下杨枝甘露。于是赶紧买了原材料,试着做了一下,味道还挺赞的,不输给许留山哦。做法超级简单,而且自己做的料超足,你也来试试吧。

  • 椰浆150g
  • 20g
  • 西米露30g

Steps to make 不输许留山的杨枝甘露

  • 1.芒果去皮切成丁,挑一些好看的待会装饰用(大约半个的量),西柚剥皮,取出果粒。
  • 2.果汁瓶中加入椰浆,糖和除装饰外的芒果,开动果汁机,搅打一分钟,直到芒果泥细腻。
  • 3.取下果汁瓶,换上盖子,直接放入冰箱冷藏1个小时。
  • 4.接着来煮西米露。先烧一锅热水,水开之后,放入西米露,加盖中火焖煮15分钟,直到西米露只剩下中间一点白芯。
  • 5.关火,盖上盖子闷上几分钟,直到西米露完全透明为止。煮好的西米露用冷水冲上几遍。
  • 6.取出冷藏的芒果泥,倒入碗中,加入西米露,切块的芒果,西柚,搅拌几下。之后用芒果和西柚做表面装饰即可。
