  • 1.准备好的食材
  • 2.糯米用水冲洗一下备用
  • 3.红枣洗净去核
  • 4.核桃仁用沸水泡一会
  • 5.耐心地把核桃仁的外衣剥去,我最后没有怎么剥
  • 6.把处理好的核桃仁、红枣、糯米放入破壁机的搅拌杯里
  • 7.加入适量的清水至豆浆最高容量上线
  • 8.盖上盖子,插上电源,选择五谷豆浆程序按下开始键
  • 9.机器开始工作,大概30分钟,蜂鸣声提醒
  • 10.核桃酪完成
