  • 1.银耳泡发,多次清洗干净。
  • 2.汤锅里加入足量的清水,开中火。
  • 3.大火烧开后放入乌梅,一起熬煮,改小火,炖煮一小时。
  • 4.鸭梨去皮。
  • 5.去核改小块。
  • 6.银耳炖煮软糯后,放入梨子,继续炖煮十五分钟。
  • 7.炖好后关火,放入冰糖,焖几分钟冰糖化开即可。
  • 8.盛入碗里,撒几粒枸杞。
