Steps to make 小吊梨汤

  • 1.准备两个梨,去皮,将皮放入清水中,大火烧开再焖煮5分钟后,捞出梨皮丢弃不用,留下汤汁备用。
  • 2.洗净的新鲜银耳撕小块,梨肉切小块放入电炖锅内胆中,再加入酸梅。
  • 3.加入准备好的梨皮汤,通电隔水炖40分钟。
  • 4.开盖加入红枣、枸杞和红糖。
  • 5.搅拌均匀继续炖30分钟。
  • 6.时间到趁温热,正好一家4口的量,开吃!酸酸甜甜特别开胃,春季养生必喝款!
