酸辣土豆丝

  • 红辣椒15-20个

  • 花椒半汤匙
  • 少许
  • 一点五茶匙
  • 白胡椒半茶匙
  • 白糖一茶匙
  • 白醋一汤匙
  • 鸡精三分之一茶匙

Steps to make 酸辣土豆丝

  • 1.原料图
  • 2.土豆要细,自己的刀工很好就切,不好就擦。土豆丝用水洗一遍,然后泡5-10分钟。
  • 3.土豆丝泡好后,一定要沥干。
  • 4.干辣椒剪丝过一下水,防止太干沾锅就糊,花椒也过水泡一下,同理。蒜切丝或者拍碎。汤匙中兑好,一汤匙白醋,一茶匙盐,半茶匙胡椒粉。
  • 5.冷油下花椒,小火煸炒花椒微微焦,捞出。
  • 6.火继续最小火,下辣椒蒜片,慢慢等油变成红色。(不是很红,是微红)。把辣椒拨到锅边,开大火。
  • 7.放入土豆丝和汤匙里的醋,白糖,胡椒。最大火爆炒。翻均匀沾上油。
  • 8.土豆丝断生加入盐,剩下的半汤匙白醋,继续翻炒几下。
  • 9.关火放鸡精,葱花,翻炒均匀。也可以滴几滴香油也不错。
