  • 1.野生鬼菌。
  • 2.采回来。
  • 3.洗净,沥干水分。
  • 4.熟肉拍碎。
  • 5.撕成细丝,葱切丝。
  • 6.大蒜切末。
  • 7.取前些天熬好的香覃。
  • 8.热锅冷油。
  • 9.油热放花椒八角和葱丝肉丝。
  • 10.扒拉均匀放食盐。
  • 11.放白糖。
  • 12.扒拉均匀。
  • 13.放蘑菇。
  • 14.不停翻炒。
  • 15.蘑菇炒软放蒜末。
  • 16.再炒几分钟放生抽。
  • 17.扒拉均匀后一直熬,把水分熬出来,记得不停翻拌。
  • 18.熬至没有水分,放以前熬的香覃。
  • 19.扒拉炒2分钟放芝麻。
  • 20.关火扒拉均匀。
  • 21.放凉。
  • 22.装瓶即可。
