烤箱老酸奶
以前用电饭锅做酸奶,后面又是酸奶机,从来没用过烤箱和面包机做过,这次刚好新到了八个小布丁瓶,感觉很可爱装酸奶肯定漂亮,等我一切准备就绪才发现酸奶机和面包机都放不下这八杯小瓶子,那又刚好烤完蛋糕直接顺手把酸奶杯放进去了。

第一次用这种布丁瓶怕会烤炸,所以我就装了半碗的温水,再把瓶子泡进温水中,一起入烤箱,烤箱调至发酵档温度感觉灼手时就关掉,待半小时左右温度降低后再开一下烤箱温度回升后关掉。依次几次后不到6小时候酸奶就做好了。

非常的浓稠,放冰箱冷藏一晚后第二天早上取出来,我也试着把杯子倒着,酸奶浓郁的都流不出来的,吃的时候放点香蕉和猕猴桃丁非常的美味。

Steps to make 烤箱老酸奶

  • 1.准备好所需要的材料
  • 2.先把装酸奶的小瓶子和打蛋器都用开水烫下消毒
  • 3.酸奶碗中倒入一半的纯牛奶,加糖搅拌至糖溶化
  • 4.加入一包老酸奶菌粉搅拌均匀
  • 5.再倒入剩下的纯牛奶搅拌均匀
  • 6.把混合好的奶装进玻璃杯中
  • 7.盆中放温水,把杯子放进去,烤箱调至发酵档温度够时就关掉,待温度降低后再开一下。共6小时候酸奶就做好了
  • 8.室温后再放进冰箱冷藏两小时
  • 9.可以放点自己喜欢的水果
