咖喱小龙虾
喜欢吃小龙虾但是不能吃辣,又因为喜欢咖喱,于是就有了咖喱小龙虾。不过味道出乎意料的好!

  • 大蒜1头
  • 小龙虾1000g
  • 洋葱半个
  • 柠檬半个
  • 椰浆400ml

Steps to make 咖喱小龙虾

  • 1.小龙虾刷洗干净,洋葱切丁。
  • 2.大蒜去皮拍扁,薄荷洗净控干。
  • 3.锅中放适量橄榄油,加入洋葱煸炒至半透明加入大蒜。
  • 4.加入小龙虾炒至变红,加入酱油、咖喱酱。
  • 5.加入椰浆
  • 6.挤入柠檬汁,加入鲜薄荷和适量白糖
  • 7.大火烧10分钟左右收汁,加入适量盐调味即可。
  • 8.成品
