Steps to make 椰香双薯糯米糍

  • 1.红薯和紫薯洗干净,去皮切块,入锅蒸熟,大概十分钟左右
  • 2.蒸红薯的期间,准备糯米椰浆,将准备好的糯米粉,奶粉,糖霜放入容器中,倒入适量的椰浆或者椰汁
  • 3.搅拌成可流动的糯米糊状
  • 4.准备一个干净的盘子,盘子抹一层油,最好是黄油,或者橄榄油,如果没有就加玉米油,将糯米糊放入盘子中,用保鲜膜封上,入锅蒸十五分钟,见完全凝固即可
  • 5.如果蒸糯米糍时,正好把蒸好的紫薯和红薯拿出来,分别放入容器中用勺子压成泥,放入冰箱中冷藏降温
  • 6.桌子垫子上撒上椰蓉放上蒸好的糯米糍,用手压平,成厚薄均匀的糯米饼,不要压太大,均匀就可以,不薄也不厚,也可以用杆面杖杆成厚薄均匀的糯米饼,记住上面要撒上少许椰蓉,防止粘手或者杆面杖
  • 7.将糯米糍上先铺上一层红薯泥
  • 8.在铺上一层紫薯泥
  • 9.将铺好的糯米糍用手卷起来,稍微卷紧一些
  • 10.切成大小相等的糯米圈,再撒上些椰蓉,双薯糯米糍就做好了
