  • 1.准备的食材。
  • 2.霉千张冲洗切片沥干水份。
  • 3.剥皮鱼剪去鱼尾沥干水份。

  • 5.锅里油烧热放入霉千张。
  • 6.煎炸至两面黄捞出。
  • 7.再把剥皮鱼煎炸至两面黄(可撒少许盐)
  • 8.鱼扒一边倒入配料炒出香味。
  • 9.加入生抽老抽蚝油白糖炒匀。
  • 10.加入水。
  • 11.加入霉千张。
  • 12.咕嘟下煮至入味。
  • 13.最后撒葱花。
  • 14.出锅。
  • 15.装盘。
  • 16.下酒下饭两相宜。
