Steps to make 干煸四季豆

  • 1.四季豆摘洗干净,沥干水分。
  • 2.锅里放入较多的食用油,烧到六成热。
  • 3.倒入四季豆,过油炸一下,注意翻一下。
  • 4.知道四季豆表皮开始发皱就可以了,捞出沥油。
  • 5.锅里留底油,放入辣椒花椒,小火炒香。
  • 6.放入葱姜蒜,继续炒香。
  • 7.倒入四季豆,翻炒,加入盐(盐可以稍微多一点,因为四季豆不容易入味)。
  • 8.加入一点红烧酱油和一点黄豆酱油,继续翻炒均匀,加入鸡精调味。
  • 9.干煸四季豆。
  • 10.微微的麻辣,下饭好搭配。
