柠檬味小蛋糕
今天分享一款柠檬味小蛋糕,颜值爆表!加了一点柠檬皮屑,很清新的味道。再放入甜甜圈模具里面进行烘烤、成品相当可爱,深受小朋友很喜爱喔*

  • 细砂糖85g
  • 低筋面粉100g
  • 黄油100g
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 泡打粉4ml
  • 柠檬1个

Steps to make 柠檬味小蛋糕

  • 1.柠檬用盐搓洗干净,拿板擦擦出柠檬的黄色部分。
  • 2.白色部分很苦的不要。
  • 3.糖用了85g,其实还是蛮甜的,下次减少10g。
  • 4.柠檬屑+细砂糖搅拌均匀,盖保鲜膜静置1小时,让其香味儿飘出!
  • 5.鸡蛋打散,加入细砂糖。
  • 6.搅拌均匀就可以了,不用打发。
  • 7.加入过筛的低粉和泡打粉,用手抽搅拌均匀,随便怎么搅、不分手法!直到完全混合呈浓稠状!
  • 8.加入融化的黄油,再次搅匀(黄油最好温热的时候倒入)。
  • 9.搅拌好的面糊细腻顺滑、盖保鲜膜放置一小时!
  • 10.把面糊装入裱花袋,前面剪个小口。
  • 11.挤入模具,9分满。
  • 12.送入预热好的烤箱、中层、180度、烤12-15分左右!
  • 13.看见它们的肚子鼓起来,香味飘出就可以了!
  • 14.好香啊,忍不住吃了一个小的。烤好的小蛋糕不要马上拿出,在模里放置几分钟,这样倒扣就不会憋掉了。
