Steps to make 鲜贝露干煸鸭片

  • 1.鸭肉切片、彩椒切片,再切少许姜片备用。
  • 2.炒锅上火滴入两滴橄榄油,油热下入鸭片,煸炒出焦香味。
  • 3.然后捞出鸭肉,滗净煸出的所有鸭油。
  • 4.炒锅二次上火继续煸炒鸭片。
  • 5.烹入少许花雕酒。
  • 6.倒入适量鲜贝露烹炒至干。
  • 7.倒入彩椒再翻炒片刻,点上少许鸡粉和胡椒粉炒匀出锅装盘即可上桌。
