骨头汤泡炒米
炒米是我们安庆的地方特色小吃,上次回老家特意囤了些炒米,今天做了份排骨汤泡炒米,满满的回忆,简直是舌尖上的家乡美食。

  • 白萝卜半根
  • 炒米1袋
  • 生姜少许
  • 料酒少许
  • 1勺

Steps to make 骨头汤泡炒米

  • 1.准备好食材备用。
  • 2.大骨头洗净,锅中放入清水,倒入一勺料酒。
  • 3.放入姜片大火烧开,转小火煮5分钟。
  • 4.焯过水的骨头过冷水洗净,放入砂锅中,放入姜片大火煮开,转小火煮1个小时。
  • 5.倒入胡萝卜,白萝卜小火煮30分钟,焖5分钟。
  • 6.准备好炒米备用。
  • 7.碗中倒入炒米,浇上骨头汤,泡1分钟即可开吃。
  • 8.特别美味的骨头汤泡炒米。
