【青椒培根披萨】
吃披萨最简便的方式就是备好现成的饼底,或者也可以用吐司片来代替;但是如果这两样都没有,就需要我们自己揉面团做饼底了。
披萨面团很容易做,不需要高筋面粉也不必揉到出膜,只要用家里的普通面粉按照比例揉至光滑就可以了,并不需要花费很多时间呢~

材料:(6寸*2)
饼底:面粉140g,酵母1/4小勺,水88g,细砂糖5g,黄油5g
其他:马苏里拉芝士碎100g,培根1片,青椒半个,番茄酱2勺

Steps to make 【青椒培根披萨】

  • 1.将除黄油外的面团材料加入面包桶中,酵母倒入面粉中央的小坑中;
  • 2.将面包桶放入面包机中固定好,启动和面程序;
  • 3.揉面10分钟后加入软化的黄油
  • 4.继续和面10分钟后面团表面已经光滑
  • 5.取出面团放入盆中
  • 6.盖上湿布放到温暖处发酵
  • 7.发酵至约2倍大小
  • 8.将青椒切丝后放入锅中加少许油煸炒出水分备用
  • 9.培根切条备用
  • 10.将发酵好的面团分成两份,分别擀成圆形
  • 11.放入铺了锡纸的烤盘中(也可将边缘捏出花边)
  • 12.将面饼中央用叉子戳满小洞
  • 13.表面抹一层番茄酱后再撒一薄层芝士碎
  • 14.摆一层培根和青椒
  • 15.表面再撒一层芝士碎
  • 16.送入预热好的烤箱中层,上下管分别设定230度/200度,烘烤约15分钟
  • 17.出炉即可切块食用
