  • 1.碗中放入玉米面 、白面、 酵母粉和糖。
  • 2.加入温水搅拌成絮状。
  • 3.活成面团, 加入一小勺的猪油。
  • 4.猪油和面充分融合。
  • 5.盖上保鲜膜醒发。
  • 6.半个小时后 ,已经发酵至两倍大。
  • 7.案板上撒上面粉 ,把发酵好的面团充分揉和排气。
  • 8.搓成长条 ,再切成小面剂。
  • 9.把小面剂按扁。
  • 10.擀成牛舌状。
  • 11.放入红豆粒。
  • 12.由下往上卷。
  • 13.卷好的样子。
  • 14.把封口处捏合。
  • 15.再用擀面杖擀薄。
  • 16.再一次由下往上卷。
  • 17.玉米卷生坯就做好了 ,还做了几个馒头。
  • 18.再次发酵15分钟。
  • 19.二次发酵完毕 ,大火蒸15分钟。
  • 20.蒸好的玉米红豆卷馒头。
  • 21.成品。非常香甜松软又好吃。
