全麦椰蓉红糖面包

  • 牛奶85克
  • 红糖45克
  • 4克
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 黄油20克
  • 酵母3克

Steps to make 全麦椰蓉红糖面包

  • 1.除椰蓉馅及黄油,其它全放进面包机,用筷子搅拌无粉状,启动揉面程序20分钟;
  • 2.然后加入黄油,再揉20分钟;
  • 3.出膜;
  • 4.直接面包机里发酵至2倍大;
  • 5.启动揉面5分钟,进行排气,然后取出分16份,滚圆,摆盘;
  • 6.发酵至1.5~2倍;
  • 7.撒低粉;
  • 8.用刀割几道(随便割,不要露馅即可)
  • 9.180度预热烤箱3分钟,180度烤20分钟,即可!面包松软,香!
  • 10.第二天早上自然光拍照,漂亮!
