香菇炖老母鸡

  • 1.老母鸡切块儿用洋葱加清水浸泡去腥。

  • 3.把干香菇和豆皮提前泡发好。
  • 4.高压锅里放葱姜蒜和清水。
  • 5.放入干香菇以及母鸡肉。
  • 6.我们开大火煮开,再打一次上面的泡沫。因为这个老母鸡本身是很出油的。不然会太油腻。
  • 7.我们用勺子轻轻的把上面的浮沫去掉。
  • 8.盖上盖子,用高压锅大火转小火。起锅前放入豆皮,调入盐和鸡精。
