懒羊羊土豆泥
家里买的土豆太多了,吃不完,就想到做个土豆泥,又想看看能不能做个造型,呵呵最后就被我做成了我最爱的懒羊羊

Steps to make 懒羊羊土豆泥

  • 1.胡萝卜、香菇、洋葱切成丁备用。
  • 2.土豆去皮切片上锅蒸熟压泥分成三份备用。一份做脸(十分之五),一份做脸的皮肤(十分之二),一份做羊毛卷(十分之三)。
  • 3.不粘锅放油把洋葱、胡萝卜、香菇加浓汤宝炒8分熟时加入做脸的土豆泥一起加盐、鸡精炒匀出锅,找一个圆的大小合适的容器铺上保鲜膜。
  • 4.把炒好的土豆泥放进去压实。
  • 5.倒扣到盘子里就是脸的形状了。
  • 6.因为土豆泥里放了菜,所以不能直接做皮肤,我们再额外加层光滑的皮肤,把做皮肤的土豆泥加入点番茄酱搅匀,就有了粉粉的皮肤感觉,并且有了番茄酱的味道,我这里用的是泡心里美的醋汁,也是红红的刚好。拌匀后就糊到脸部表层吧。用勺子抹光滑,一层粉嫩的皮肤就有了。
  • 7.然后把做羊毛卷的土豆泥也放入油锅加盐、鸡精炒下,主要为了好吃,放入裱花袋,我用了曲奇嘴来挤羊毛。
  • 8.最后用黄瓜切出羊角和羊耳朵,可以用别的食材代替,我手边只有这个了,羊耳朵上我涂了番茄酱看起来红红的,最后就是用海苔剪出眼睛、鼻子、嘴巴了,还有用番茄酱来点腮红吧。
