Steps to make 冰墩墩雪容融元宵

  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.先来准备芝麻馅,芝麻和细砂糖放入破壁机内磨成细腻的粉状,会出油是正常的,用研磨机磨最好。
  • 3.加入热水融化的奈特兰淡味黄油拌匀。
  • 4.入冰箱冷藏1小时,团成10克一个的小芝麻球冷冻备用。
  • 5.糯米粉和玉米淀粉混合均匀,将沸水边倒入粉里边拌匀成絮状,趁热加入奈特兰黄油揉匀后分成2个面团,手脚比较慢的可以把1/5的面团煮熟后再揉一起,这样韧性更好不容易干燥。
  • 6.准备冰墩墩面团:白色面团60克+黑色小面团10克+红色小面团5克+橙色小面团5克+黄色小面团5克+绿色小面团5克。
  • 7.15克白面团包住芝麻馅做成冰墩墩的头,再做出脸,鼻子,眼睛和耳朵,用菜色面团搓成线缠在脸周围即可。
  • 8.准备雪容融面团:大红色面团+黄色小面团5克+黑色小面团5克+白色小面团。
  • 9.取20克红色面团包裹住芝麻馅做成雪容融的脑袋,压出灯笼纹理,贴线再做出五官即可。
  • 10.做好的冰墩墩雪容融汤圆水开后再煮3分钟浮起就可以出锅啦!
  • 11.外形超可爱,咬开香软的元宵皮,一股浓郁奶香直扑鼻息,细腻的芝麻馅香喷喷,真的超好吃。
