挤挤小面包
最近特别流行挤挤小面包,可以算得上是又一个网红,其实它的做法很简单,

做出来的成品也非常的可爱~~~

Details of ingredients

  • 高筋面粉350克
  • 鸡蛋75克
  • 50克
  • 4 克
  • 黄油50克
  • 牛奶185克
  • 奶粉15克
  • 蜂蜜24克
  • 酵母6克

Steps to make 挤挤小面包

  • 1.将所有的材料(黄油除外)放入面包机桶里面,启动一个和面程序25分钟左右,
  • 2.再加入软化的黄油再重复一次揉面程序
  • 3.直接放在面包桶里面发酵到2.5倍左右的大小
  • 4.发酵好后的面团取出揉出空气,平均分成17份(16份搓成球形,1份用于装饰做耳朵)松驰15分钟
  • 5.将小面团搓圆,表面搓光滑
  • 6.搓好的面团直接放进烤盘里,有距离的摆好,
  • 7.进行第二次发酵,温度37度,发酵大概一个小时
  • 8.接着将剩下的面团分成16个小面团搓成球,盖上保鲜膜放着待用等烤盘里的面团第二次发酵好后,把小球球直接粘每个面团上方左右两个做耳朵
  • 9.烤箱上下火175度,烤盘放中层烘烤20分钟面包自然冷凉后,巧克力裱花笔放热水里溶化,画上眼睛和表情全部画好就完成了
