圣诞树面包
很久以前做的一款圣诞面包!

  • 高粉300g
  • 168g
  • 砂糖40g
  • 蛋液20g
  • 酵母4g
  • 黄油25g
  • 3g

Steps to make 圣诞树面包

  • 1.一个程序后加入黄油和盐继续搅拌。
  • 2.揉好的面团能扯出不易破的薄膜即可。
  • 3.发酵好的面团手指沾粉戳洞不回缩(或轻微回缩)不塌陷即可(塌陷就是发过了)
  • 4.按压排气后分11个滚圆(无需松弛)
  • 5.按1234的顺序摆好,把大的一个放最下面当树干。
  • 6.盖上保鲜袋二次发酵。
  • 7.发酵好后刷一层鸡蛋液。
  • 8.烤箱提前预热,160℃中层25分钟左右(时间温度仅供参考)
  • 9.撒少许糖粉和银珠,用丝带装饰一下。
  • 10.圣诞节做一个小朋友会很开心的。
  • 11.圣诞面包。
