五指毛桃汤是广东一道传统汤水,具有清热祛湿,清肝润肺的功效。

Steps to make 五指毛桃排骨汤

  • 1.五指毛桃洗干净。
  • 2.剁段。
  • 3.土茯苓泡洗干净。(有新鲜的更好。)
  • 4.莲子泡洗干净。
  • 5.排骨飞水,洗净浮沫。(我选用了带软骨的大排骨。)
  • 6.把所有材料放入电压力锅,按煲汤键开煮。(如果用明火煲,就水开后,转小火煲1.5-2小时。)
  • 7.煲好后撇去肥油,放盐调味即可。
  • 8.好喝,有淡淡的椰香味。
