米花糖奶粥
看着桌上米花糖,忽然想起传说中有一道美食,叫做炒米糖开水。据说,那是用米,好像是糯米,爆出的米花——用那种黑黑的锅,摇啊摇,然后伴随着“嘭!”地一声,喷射出的白白的米花。那时候,这东西,只在过年的时候才有。白白的米花,加一勺白糖,冲入白开水,就是炒米糖开水了。据说,特别美味。
而今,那样的米花可是难寻了。倒是这米花糖,让人吃到厌倦。米花糖的米花好像跟那白白的米花差不多吧?是不是把它冲开,不用加糖,就是炒米糖开水了?
不想单纯地用开水,用牛奶吧?奶香味,想来更不错。一盒牛奶,泡了两包米花糖。米花糖泡在牛奶里,不用搅拌,放一会,自己就散开,漂浮在表面。其实,这时候也可以直接开吃了,但,炒米糖开水得是热的,所以,加热之后再吃,似乎更贴切一点。而且,热食益胃。
2包米花糖泡开来,像是一碗稠粥,可就是太甜。

Steps to make 米花糖奶粥

  • 1.用料:米花糖2包,牛奶250克。
  • 2.将2包米花糖分别去掉包装,掰成小块,放入小锅中。
  • 3.再将牛奶也倒入小锅中,静置10分钟。一开始,米花糖的小块漂浮在牛奶表面。
  • 4.渐渐地,米花糖吸透牛奶,块状消失,成粒状分布在牛奶中。
  • 5.然后再将小锅放在炉灶上,用小火将牛奶煮至微沸。不用煮太久,牛奶沸腾后即可熄火。
  • 6.倒入杯中,趁热饮用。
