腊肉炝菜花
过年时家里都会做好多腊肉香肠,特别是在我们四川,乡下做的熏腊肉,只要家里有客人,一定有好几盘子都是腊肉香肠,吃多了,自然就不想吃了,于是留下来就被倒掉了,所以为了不浪费,咱们换种吃法吃它。

    Steps to make 腊肉炝菜花

    • 1.材料:菜花(最好焯水,因为菜花不好熟)、剩下的腊肉、蒜苗。
    • 2.热油爆香蒜片。
    • 3.放入腊肉煸出油,炒久一点。
    • 4.放入菜花炒,顺便加点水。
    • 5.倒点生抽。
    • 6.快要出锅时加入蒜苗,蒜苗炒到发绿就行,要不就炒过了。
    • 7.很简单快手的一道菜,有营养有废物利用啦。
