小熊挤挤果酱包
我这人总是慢半拍又慢半拍,看到那么多朋友们做了小熊挤挤包,其实早就手痒想做了,多么可爱的造型是吧?但是一直拖着没做,这次终于抽了懒筋实践了一把,我的小熊挤挤包终于做出来了哈哈!可是我总是不认真看别人方子的原因,都要整形了忽然忘了耳朵是啥时候放上去了,于是又来电脑上查找,查明白了耳朵是二发完了才组合到一起。但是又有个问题,我没看人家也是用的我这个方模子,但是人家分了16个小面包呢,我想当然的给分了九个,最后的结果就是我做的小熊肥胖了不少,耳朵也大了哈哈,丑是丑了点,下次再努力哈,不然下次做没动力了嘿嘿。

Steps to make 小熊挤挤果酱包

  • 1.准备好食材:面包粉300克、淡奶油80克、牛奶150克、盐2克、白糖25克、酵母5克、草莓酱适量。
  • 2.首先将除黄油和草莓酱外的食材都放入厨师机内胆里
  • 3.用厨师机揉面12分钟
  • 4.将面团整理好盖上湿布开始发酵
  • 5.发酵到用手指蘸干粉戳个洞不回弹就可以了
  • 6.将发酵好的面团倒出来揉匀排气然后分成九个大面团18个小面团,并且都滚圆松弛3分钟。
  • 7.大面团都擀成面皮
  • 8.然后每个上面都放适量草莓酱
  • 9.如同包包子似的将面包坯子包好,褶子那面冲下揉圆。
  • 10.然后把包好草莓酱的面包坯子摆放在烤盘内。小的面团揉圆摆放在案板上都分别盖好湿布开始二发。
  • 11.二发到明显长大2倍就把小面团沾水摆放在大面团的上方,这就是小熊的耳朵了。
  • 12.然后均匀的刷上蛋液
  • 13.放入180度预热好的烤箱烤25分钟
  • 14.面包烤好晾凉之后用筷子蘸着融化的巧克力画上小熊的五官即可。
