猪肉松
以前做过肉松,都是肉煮好了用手撕碎,很多朋友都嫌麻烦。肉松这东西,如果家里有小孩,还是自己做的最放心,所以我今天用一个相对简单一点的方法来做这个肉松,这样做起来不是太费劲儿,妈妈们可以经常做给孩子吃了。当然大人吃也很赞的哦,用它做面包什么的也很好的。

Steps to make 猪肉松

  • 1.猪瘦肉清洗干净,凉水入锅,
  • 2.煮至将沸时,撇去浮沫杂质
  • 3.锅中加入姜片、花椒、八角和干辣椒小火煮40分钟。也可以用压力锅煮15分钟。
  • 4.煮好后立即捞出在网筛中晾凉
  • 5.稍微撕一下,成比较大条就行,筋膜的部分要剔掉。
  • 6.放入料理机的绞肉杯中搅拌约15秒左右,时间不是死的,以自己的料理机为准,搅拌打成细条就行了。注意不要打的过久,以免肉变成末。
  • 7.搅碎的肉全部倒入炒锅中,加适量的油翻炒至半干时,加入糖、盐和特级酱油
  • 8.继续炒至肉松变干变松散。
  • 9.再度放入绞肉杯中轻轻搅拌一下,让肉丝更松散
  • 10.二次搅拌后放入锅中再炒2--3分钟,让肉松变得更加松散即可。晾凉后密封盒存放,可以放一两个月都没事的哦。
