香菇酿虾皮
本来早上准备去买肉馅,结果起来晚了,也不想再出去了,最近家里没有用冰箱,吃什么都要买新鲜的,有时候也的确有点不方便。
  把肉馅换成了虾皮和鸡蛋,做出来也挺好吃

    • 2. 材料图,鸡蛋打散备用
    • 3.3、香菇撒一把面粉泡几分钟后洗干净。
    • 4. 4、挤去香菇中多余的水分,摆盘,每个香菇上都放上虾皮
    • 5. 5、小葱切碎备用。
    • 6. 6、往每个香菇虾皮上倒一勺蛋液。
    • 7. 7、往香菇酿上淋少量生抽,水开后大火蒸八分钟
    • 8. 8、开锅后摆上小葱碎淋香油即可。
