Steps to make 小小水煎包

  • 1.韭菜、鸡蛋,喜欢肉馅的也可以换肉馅。
  • 2.鸡蛋炒好,切碎
  • 3.韭菜也切好如图,和鸡蛋放一起,加入十三香、盐、油拌匀待用!
  • 4.酵母粉取适量(夏天可以少量,冬天多点)
  • 5.用温水化开酵母粉
  • 6.用化开的酵母粉水和面
  • 7.面揉光
  • 8.用保鲜袋包好醒发30分钟
  • 9.拌好的韭菜鸡蛋馅
  • 10.面搓条,切成均匀小剂子
  • 11.用小擀面杖擀成5毫米左右厚度皮
  • 12.擀好的皮
  • 13.用擀好的皮包入前面做好的馅(个不大用酸奶做对比)
  • 14.平底锅烧热,倒入适量油,放入小包子
  • 15.包子放好立马倒入烧开的水(水量到半个包子高)加盖小火3分钟!
  • 16.开锅撒上芝麻,开动
