纯牛奶白吐司
牛奶白吐司,用的是中种法,没有一滴水,全是牛奶,很绵软,这款吐司很百搭,而且口感也很好吃,直接吃或者做三明治什么的都不错,记得收藏这个方子哈。

  • 高筋面粉300g
  • 酵母3g
  • 绵白糖40g
  • 牛奶219g
  • 4g
  • 黄油25g

Steps to make 纯牛奶白吐司

  • 1.高粉150克,酵母3克,糖15克,牛奶145克放入碗中
  • 2.不必揉匀,用筷子搅拌混匀即可
  • 3.覆盖保鲜膜发酵至两三倍大
  • 4.高粉150克,糖25克,盐4克,牛奶72克所有原料和发酵好的酵头混合均匀,柔至光滑阶段
  • 5.揉至面筋扩展后放入25克黄油,继续揉至完全阶段
  • 6.收圆,放入面包机内发酵
  • 7.发酵至2-2.5倍大(时间约一小时左右)
  • 8.取出面团,分割成三份,醒发20分钟
  • 9.取一个面团擀开,成椭圆形
  • 10.翻面,从上往下卷起
  • 11.全部卷好放入吐司模内
  • 12.吐司模放在温暖发酵,发酵至7-8分满
  • 13.烤箱预热180度
  • 14.盖上吐司盖,放入烤箱,上下管,180度,下层40分钟,烤好后立刻取出脱模
