好久没裱花了,感觉好生疏,挤出来的玫瑰总是不满意,抹面也不够平,好希望有一天可以抹出的蛋糕胚随意装饰也不怕露丑呢。

看着打在美食上面的水印真的很不顺眼,但无奈现在随便盗图的人太多了,看着自己辛苦做的图片和文字被别人随意盗用,真的很心痛啊。

Steps to make 美食如花般绽放-----玫瑰蛋糕

  • 1.先来做蛋糕胚吧,蛋白加糖搅打至硬性发泡状态。
  • 2.蛋黄中加入糖,搅打均匀,加入油,打匀。
  • 3.加入牛奶,拌匀。
  • 4.筛入低粉,拌匀。
  • 5.蛋白分三次和蛋黄糊拌匀。
  • 6.倒入模具中,入烤箱烘焙。
  • 7.烤好的蛋糕分成三片或者是两片。
  • 8.淡奶油加糖粉打发,将一片蛋糕上抹上奶油,还可以夹上水果,再放上另一片蛋糕。
  • 9.将整个蛋糕抹匀。
  • 10.奶油霜先用圆孔形花嘴挤出一个胖胖的三角。
  • 11.用玫瑰花嘴一片片挤出花瓣。
  • 12.挤好的玫瑰放冰箱备用。
  • 13.现在来说说做奶油霜,黄油软化后搅打至顺滑状态。
  • 14.原料A加入锅中,小火加热,一边加热一边搅拌,加热至80度关火。
  • 15.将锅放在凉水中,使其降温。
  • 16.凉后,分次加入到黄油中,搅打均匀。奶油霜就做好了,将奶油霜装入裱花袋,挤出玫瑰花放在蛋糕上即可。
